Abby grew up on a farm just outside of the country town of Charlton, until moving to Ballarat to commence studies in 2011. Abby completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in 2013, and went on to complete her Post Graduate Diploma of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2014, at Federation University in Ballarat (formally University of Ballarat). Abby has recently completed training in clinical Pilates.
Abby has experience in treating clients in community health setting, private hospital setting and in the Federation University clinic, where she has been exposed to a vast array of clientele in individual and group settings. Abby has a special interest in working with injury rehabilitation clients and optimizing the health of all members of the Horsham community, and surrounds. Abby has a holistic approach, first treating the primary issue, then the root cause of the issue to maximize sporting and everyday abilities.
Abby has always aspired to promoting Exercise Physiology in a regional area close to home, and is very passionate about the work she does.
